1 Climb the ladder and exit through the manhole to reach the Parking Garage
2 Check the parking machine to trigger the cutscene
3 After the cutscene, head to the lower left part of the parking garage to get to the Jail
4 Go to the very end of the Jail for a cutscene then pick up the tool found on the desk. Additional tips below.
5 Exit the jail and go back to the Parking Garage then head through the door on the left
6 Keep going through the Kennel & move forward until you reach the Morgue. Additional tips below.
7 Search the morgue for the Diamond Key
8 Exit the morgue and head to your immediate right - use the tool to open the shutters you find
9 Go through the shutters and into the Generator Room, you'll find a box to your left with an Electrical Part. Additional tips below.
10 Move to the back of the room and solve the switchboard puzzle by aligning the levers
11 After unlocking the path, go back to the hallway between the Firing Range & Generator Room
12 Go through the door and head right up the stairs to reach the 1F of the RPD

4. Where To Find Tool - Hint & Tips

Tool Can Be Found On Desk In Jail Center

The tool you need can be found on the desk at the end of the hallway of the jail center. This is needed to open the metal shutters blocking your path.

6. Diamond Key - Hint & Tips

Find Corpse On Upper/Northern Part Of Morgue

When you get to the morgue, there will be two rows that you can open. Check the one on the northern or upper part of the map. This row is the one with the correct corpse.

Pull Corpse 2nd From The Left

The corpse with the key will be the 2nd one from the left. Be careful as when you take the key from it, it will make up along with the other zombies in the room.

Stand On Corpse's Right To Pick Up Key

You need to be standing on the right side of the corpse to be able to pick up the key. When you do, it will wake up so be ready to run or attack it.

9. Generator Room Puzzle - Hint & Tips

Align Levers Red, Red, Green, Green

Solve the puzzle in the electricity room by aligning the levers properly. Switchfoot you mp3. From the left, the lever colors should be red, red, green, green.

1Go inside the Break Room & into its inner room to find the Electrical Part on the chair. Additional tips below.
2Leave the Break Room and head towards the Watchman's Room, use the Electrical Part on the Fuse Box to open the path
3Make your way upstairs near the 2F Art Room and open the shutters to the north of it
4Go up the stairs then exit via the door to the Balcony area, dropping down to the roof through the ladder
5Find the stairs going down and go inside the Boiler Room - you'll find the club key taped to the whiteboard. Additional tips below.
6Exit the Boiler Room, look to your right and turn the lever from 'R to L'
7Go up the stairs to the burning helicopter and pull the lever to douse the flames
8Go through the door on the left of the helicopter debris to encounter The Tyrant. Additional tips below.
9After encountering the Tyrant, go down the the 1F Records Room to find & pick up another tool
10 Once you get the tool, move up to the 2F Library and use the tool to move the bookshelves to create an elevated path. Additional tips below.

Electrical Part Is On Top Of Chair

When you get inside the Break Room, head to its inner room to find the Electrical Part on a chair. You need this part to open the way to the Main Hall of the RPD.

Club Key Essential to Get the Magnum

The Club Key is needed to find and obtain the Lightning Hawk Magnum. Use the key to open the observation room to get the Jewelry Box with the STARS Badge that will open the STARS Armory.

Encounter The Tyrant After Dousing Helicopter

You'll first encounter the Tyrant when you douse the flames of the helicopter debris. He'll move away the helicopter's tail.

Tyrant Follows You Throughout The Game

The Tyrant will be stalking you throughout your journey. Keep gunshots to a minimum as he can track you down easily when he hears those sounds.

Tyrant Cannot Be Killed

The Tyrant cannot be killed no matter what weapon you use on him. It's recommended to avoid him at all costs.

Can Inflict Heavy Damage

The Tyrant is very powerful and can take down your health in several hits. Players should simply get out of his way and avoid his hits.

Move Bookshelves To The Right

In order to create the elevated path in the library, you need to move the bookshelves to the right.

Need To Move 4 Bookshelves

You need to move all 4 bookshelves to fully complete the elevated path. Be careful as there are several zombies in the library that will continue to pester you.

No.Procedure
1 When you've completed the Library path, go through it to reach the 3F then move towards the East Storage Room - find the Big Gear inside this room
2Once you have the Big Gear, locate & head towards the Clock Tower room
3Use the Big Gear on the contraption to your right then climb up the stairs to get the Small Gear
4 Go downstairs & place the Small Gear into the Gear Box at the back of the room. Take the Big Gear and go upstairs, placing it where you got the Small Gear from
5 Once the bell works, you'll find the box with the Electrical Part on the Floor - head back down the B1 Jail to complete the switchboard puzzle
6 Put the Electrical Parts into the switchboard then lead both blue & red wires to the purple wire. Additional tips below.
7 Once the puzzle is solved, go inside Ben's jail cell to get the parking garage card key then return to the Parking Garage
8 When you get to the Parking Garage, you'll get a cutscene. Use the card key on the machine to open the gate & get out

6. Switchboard Puzzle - Hint & Tips

Connect The Red Wire To Purple

Follow the image above to connect the red wire to the purple wire. You can connect them one after the other.

Connect The Blue Wire To Purple

Follow the image above to connect the blue wire to the purple wire. Once this is done, you can go inside Ben's jail cell to get the parking garage key card.
